On 10th October 2024, KLS IMER, Belagavi, conducted One Day Training Program titled "Better Your Best" for the managers of Belgaum Ferrocast (India) Private Limited, (BFPL) Belagavi, in collaboration with CONNECT Dharwad. The program was aimed at enhancing critical managerial skills, with a focus on Organizational communication and presentation abilities essential for the modern workplace.

This training was imparted by Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor (HR) along with two HR Specialization students, Ms. Kshama Chougule and Mr. Omkar Sheri, and a team of expert corporate trainers from CONNECT Dharwad, team lead by Mr. Girish Angadi.
