Employee Engagement at Expert Valve and Equipment Private Limited, Belagavi

By Investing time and resources in ensuring employee engagement, the organizations will be able to enhance productivity, quality of work thereby adding value to overall goals of the organization.

To understand and experience employee engagement in practice, 15 HR specialization students of II Semester MBA from the first Autonomous batch of KLS IMER along with Prof. Shailaja Hiremath, conducted organization wide survey on “Employee Engagement at Expert Valve and Equipment Private Limited, Belagavi on 17 th September 2021. The organization leadership team Mr. Vinayak Lokur, Managing Director, Mr. Santosh Mamdapur, Chief Administrative Officer and Mr. Anil Islampure-Chief Operating Officer also participated along with nearly 125 employees. The project was intended to assess the employee engagement in terms of employee perception and also organizational practices complimenting the concept in focus. Dr. Atul Deshpande, Director, KLS IMER extended the support and guidance in carrying out the HR Project.
