TiE Knowledge Series Session on "Sales to Scale & Business Validation"
The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Hubli in association with TiE Pune organized a deep dive sessions on:
"Sales to Scale" by Kiran Deshpande, Founder/President, Mojo Networks, Inc., Mr. Deshpande spoke about different methods of scaling up businesses like- Expanding current customer base, increasing the market geographically, new offerings like supplementary products along with main products and services etc. He also advised the business community to identify the influencers for their products and services which will help them positively in scaling up.
Session on "Business Validation" was held by Mr. Ravi Nigam, Co-Founder /MD, Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd, Mr. Ravi spoke about the Outside-Impacts Framework to evaluate new businesses, he said every business must conduct a detailed Industry Structure Analysis (ISA) and if the analysis shows the opportunity to not have IMPACTS, then it is a time for serious pause and a re-think.
The interaction was followed by Q&A session where in the audience comprising of TiE members, business community of Belagavi, Startups, clarified their doubts.
During the valedictory session Mr. Abhishek Latthe, CEO of SenseGiz a Belagavi based IOT Company was felicitated for winning the top award at Cisco Showcase Day at Cisco India HQ.
Mr. Sandeep Bidasaria, President TiE Hubli welcomed the gathering and Mr. Venkatesh Patil, Charter member introduced the guests, Charter member Mr. Nagraj Bhat proposed the vote of thanks. Programme was coordinated by Charter member Mr. Mahesh Bhirangi and Mr. Kiran Agadi.
