An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr.Anil Kulkarni, Executive Director & CEO (RMC), Prism Johnson Limited, RMC (India) Division from 1994-96 batch on 18 th June 2024 at KLS IMER.

He interacted with the faculty on various issues related to operations of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) industry and the operational challenges specific to the Industry. Importance of Human resources in the Industry and the value that the HR department brings to the company in getting the right people for the job. It was an interactive session where he answered many questions of the faculty members including the role of CEO in the company. The faculty were highly enriched with the interaction and learned many aspects of RMS industry. The institute also sought his inputs on curriculum development and placements. The session was coordinated by Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER. Dr. Arif Shaikh was instrumental in getting Anil sir to the institute and arranging this fruitful session.
