An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Adarsha Gulabani, CEO and Partner, Adarsha Group of Concerns from the 2019-21 batch on 19th July 2025 at KLS IMER.

As an integral part of the Adarsha Group of Concerns, Mr. Gulabani is involved in a wide range of business sectors, including hotels, textiles, garments, construction, and cable networks. The group's businesses include the Hotel Adarsha Palace and a number of retail stores across Belgaum, Kolhapur, and Hubli which include AMARCON Suiting Shirting, Furnishing and Readymade Garments, ARADHNA Sarees and others. The group also owns Adarsha Builders & Developers and several cable TV network companies, including Bhima Riddhi Infotainment Pvt Ltd, Sangli Media Services, and Universal VCN Cable Network Belgaum.

The topic of his discussion was “My Intrapreneurial Journey”. He spoke on his diversified business groups and the challenges he faces while managing such diverse businesses. He spoke on the innovative solution that he as an intrapreneur has implemented in their HR, Operations and Marketing policies to improve the profitability of his companies. The sessions was interactive and the students learned a lot from his experience sharing.
