A meaningful step towards building a stronger industry–academia ecosystem in Belagavi through purposeful dialogue and actionable collaboration!

KLS IMER as an institutional member of CII Belagavi District Council, hosted “Co- Creating Future-Ready Talent: An Industry–Academia Dialogue on Human Resource Development” under the banner of – Future Skills & Industrial Relations Panel on 25 July 2026.

What made this dialogue unique was its focus on moving beyond conventional placement- centric engagement towards co-creating solutions—bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, academia and students to discuss talent expectations, emerging skills, internships, live projects, faculty immersion, certifications and joint research.

The event also showcased the many possibilities within the CII ecosystem -from the proposed CII Executive Roundtable and MSME Conclave to the Tourism Taskforce, Industry Startup Taskforce and Belagavi Women Leadership Network-creating multiple pathways for collaborative engagement.
