As part of the experiential learning approach followed at KLS IMER, an industry visit was organized for HR Specialization students on 17th July 2025 to Creintors Group of Companies, a reputed engineering and innovation-driven enterprise located in Belagavi. The objective of this visit was to provide students with a practical exposure to industrial operations and to understand the strategic role of HR in aligning people, process, and product towards achieving organizational excellence. Mr. Neelesh Chougule, CMD of Creintors Group encouraged IMER team by facilitating the enriching visit. Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor-HR at KLS IMER, coordinated the visit.

The highlight of the visit was the interactive session with Mrs. Aishwarya, Head – Admin & HR, who shared real-life success stories of two associates, Mr. Aakash and Mr. Manohar, who grew within the organization due to their learning orientation and positive attitude. These stories were a live reflection of how employee engagement, supportive leadership, and continuous learning contribute to organizational growth and individual success. Students learned how HR fosters such talent through structured on boarding, mentoring, and a culture of mutual respect.

Such in-plant industrial visits are invaluable in developing practical understanding and management perspective among HR students. Exposure to actual HR practices, leadership insights, and people-process-product alignment helps students connect academic concepts with real organizational dynamics. It also strengthens their confidence to take up future HR responsibilities with greater empathy, ethics, and effectiveness. This initiative bridged the classroom learning with real-world industrial insights and was well appreciated and the team expressed gratitude to Dr. Arif Shaikh Director –KLS IMER for supporting the visit.
