One Day Management Fest

KLS IMER, Belagavi, inaugurated its in-house management event ‘ELEVATE’ 2026, in the presence of the chief guest Mr. Rahul Kamule , Senior Alumnus of KLS IMER ( 2008-2010 Batch). In his impressive address, Mr. Kamule guided students through the powerful ‘P- factor’—emphasizing Perspective, , Perception, Patience, Passion, Pride, Participation, Power, Prime Duty, Performance and more—offering practical insights on professional growth and responsible leadership. The inauguration set a purposeful and motivating tone for the fest.

Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director KLS IMER spoke about the importance of management fest in shaping the overall personality of the students.

The fest is coordinated by Senior Batch students for the Junior batch under the guidance of Mrs. Goutami Maganur and Mrs. Rashmi Harti ,Assistant Professors, KLS IMER.
