The MBA (HR Specialization) students undertook an industrial visit to Funskool India Ltd. And Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd Goa Unit on 18 February 2026 as part of their experiential learning program. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world HR practices. Students were given an overview of the organization, its manufacturing operations, and organizational structure, with specific emphasis on human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, industrial relations, and workplace safety.

The interaction with HR and operations personnel provided valuable insights into employee engagement practices, compliance with labor laws, and the role of HR in supporting operational efficiency. The visit was highly informative and enhanced students’ practical understanding of HR concepts, contributing meaningfully to their academic and professional development.
