KLS IMER Industry Institute Interaction Series

The IMER Industry Institute Interaction Series (III Series) was scheduled on 16th July, 2019. We had the privilege of having amongst us Dr. Pallab Bandyopadhyay, he is a Leadership Architect, Career Coach, Change and Transition Specialist. A doctoral fellow in HRD from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He spoke on the topic "What the Industry expects from Management Graduates today". The session was enriched with loads of relevant data from world reports with mind boggling facts and figures like studies on various forecast techniques adopted, dimensions of business growth in untapped market, usage of social media, millennials thought process and more. He also stated that irrespective of what we aspire, our management students should embrace the art to learn, unlearn and relearn and above the paramount skill that one should strive to achieve is the soft skill. Mr. Rajendra Belgaumkar, Chairman GC, KLS IMER presided over the function and Dr. Atul Deshpande, Director KLS IMER welcomed the gathering.
