KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (KLS IMER), Belagavi, in collaboration with Samvad, successfully hosted a transformative five-day short-term course titled "Master the Art of Effective Public Speaking" from May 11 to May 15, 2026. Held daily between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the KLS IMER campus, this professional development program trained a diverse group of corporate professionals, homemakers, business owners, and organizational managers to speak with confidence, master delivery styles, influence audiences, and communicate like leaders. The workshop was directed and coached by veteran trainer and executive mentor Shri Vinod Deshpande, whose practical insights seamlessly bridged theoretical communication principles with real- world applications. The institution was privileged to have Shri Dilip S. Chitnis, Chairman and Managing Director of Hyloc Hydrotechnic Pvt. Ltd., grace the event as the Guest of Honor, inspiring participants with his extensive industry experience and insights on professional communication in the corporate sector.
