KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (IMER), Belagavi, organized a one-day seminar on Operations Management on April 29, 2025, as part of its MBA curriculum and pedagogy. The seminar featured insightful sessions by industry experts from Leo Engineers.

Mr. Jaydeep Birje, Founder and Managing Director of Leo Engineers, Belagavi delivered a comprehensive talk on various facets of operations management, with a special focus on the "Turbine Engine" and its applications in modern manufacturing. His session provided valuable industry perspectives to the management students.

Mrs. Sonali Birje, HR Head at Leo Engineers, Belagavi conducted an engaging and hands-on activity on optimizing manufacturing processes, offering students practical exposure to real-world operations challenges and solutions.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Ajay Jamnani and Prof. Sumanth Desai. Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director of KLS IMER, inaugurated the seminar with an encouraging address that emphasized active learning and industry interaction. Shri R.S. Mutalik, GC Chairman, extended his support and appreciation for the initiative.
