Ms. Prerana Kumbar and Ms. Saloni participated in the 1st Annual International Conference on Business Innovation and Sustainable Society (BISS 2025), organized by GITAM School of Business, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The conference, held from 27–28 November 2025, focused on the theme “Empowering Emerging Economies through Innovation, Resilience, and Sustainability,” and served as a global platform for academics, researchers, industry experts, and policymakers to present their work, engage in keynote sessions, panel discussions, and explore cutting-edge research on sustainable business practices and innovation. At the event, under the mentorship of Mrs. Savitha Kulkarni, they presented their research paper titled “A Study on Determinants of Capital Structure in Indian Automobile Industry,” contributing valuable insights to the field and actively engaging with international peers and scholars. Their presentation not only showcased their academic research but also enhanced their professional exposure in a prestigious international conference environment.
