KLS IMER organised a half-day session on Total Quality Management: Inspire–Innovate–Impact on 18th July 2025 for IV Semester MBA students. The session, titled “Applications of Lean Management in Industry,” was delivered by Mr. Vasant Pattar, Founder and CEO of Yashaswi Consultants, Belagavi. The event was coordinated by Dr. Shailaja Hiremath-Associate Professor and Prof. Ameet Kulkarni-Assistant Professor.

The resource person brought in a wealth of industry experience and presented the concepts of Lean Management and Six Sigma in a simplified, engaging, and practical manner. The session included live examples, interactive activities, and games to help students understand how Lean tools are applied in real-world industrial settings.
