The Union Budget 2026–27 Analysis Competition was held on 27.02.2026. A total of 13 teams, comprising both junior and senior students, participated in the competition.

The objective of conducting the event was to develop students’ analytical abilities skills.

The judges for the competition were Mr. Vinayak Asundi, a practicing Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience, and Mr. Vikram Maddennavar, a practicing Company Secretary, a proud alumnus of IMER with 18 years of experience.

Prof. Shrirang Deshpande, co-ordinator briefed about the competition and Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director welcomes the gathering and spoke about the relevance of conducting such type of competition.
