The Karnataka Law Society’s Institute of Management Education and Research (Autonomous), Belagavi, successfully concluded its two-day intercollegiate cultural and management fest, SAMAGAM 2026, held on 30th April 2026, with great enthusiasm and vibrant participation. The event witnessed an impressive turnout, with 18 teams representing various degree colleges and over 200 students’ active participation.

The theme for SAMAGAM 2026 this year, was “Kurukshetra,” creatively reflected in the design of the competitions, which included GuruDakshina - (Finance), Krishna Leela - (Marketing), Dronacharya - (Human Resource), Eklavya - (E-gaming), Rangbhoomi - (Culturals – Dance and Ramp Walk), Chitrakala - (Art Attack), Sanjay - (Creative Clicks), and Chakravyuh that is for (Treasure Hunt – Team Event).

The valedictory function was graced by Director Dr. Arif Shaikh, along with faculty coordinators Mrs. Goutami Maganur and Mrs. Rashmi Harati, who congratulated the participants for their competitive spirit. The General Championship along with the cash prize of Rs.15,000/- was bagged by the B.B.A. Department of Gogte College of Commerce, Belagavi, while the Runner-up Trophy and cash prize of Rs. 10,000/- was secured by the College of Business Administration, Lingaraj College, Belagavi. The event concluded on a successful note, owing to the dedicated and selfless efforts of the student volunteers of KLS IMER, whose teamwork and commitment ensured the smooth execution of the fest.
