A one-day workshop on Capitaline – Corporate Database and Financial Analytics Platform was organized on 7th July 2025 for MBA Analytics students by Mrs. Savitha Kulkarni , Assistant Professor . The objective of the workshop was to provide practical exposure to corporate financial data, company analysis, and industry research using Capitaline.

The session was conducted by Mr. Guru Murthy, Resource Person from Capitaline. He demonstrated various tools and features of the platform, including accessing company financials, ratio analysis, peer comparison, and interpretation of annual reports. Students also worked hands-on with the system, generating financial insights and preparing analytical reports.

The workshop proved highly beneficial in enhancing students’ knowledge in financial analytics, equity research, and data-driven decision-making. Participants shared that the session was informative, interactive, and helpful for academic projects, internships, and professional growth.

Overall, the workshop successfully connected theoretical concepts with practical financial analysis, making it a valuable learning experience for the MBA Analytics students.
