Candle March to observe “International Day of Persons with Disabilities”

KLS IMER students and faculty members had participated in Candle March on 3rd Dec. 2019 to observe “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” organized by Ankur School for Special Children and other Social Foundations, working for similar cause. The Candle March started from Big Bazaar, Tilakwadi and concluded at Goaves Swimming Pool.

The participation made the students to understand the needs of special children and would motivate them to contribute and serve differently abled persons of society in future. Centre for Ethics and Social Responsibility of IMER takes the initiation of such socially oriented activities in association with NGOs to highlight the significance of inclusivity in the society.
